She's an basically an original character which existence is solely dependent on recognition and continuous reinforcement through artistic tribute. So, more and more people would need to draw her in order for her to keep existing

I'm not good in designing an OC, but my very first impression of her is that her cloth resembles a raincoat. So I thought it would be nice to draw her with a rain theme
